The Role

The University of Perpetual Help System Laguna is currently in need of a Collections Assistant:

  • As collections assistant he/she will be in charge of the daily task of collating, monitoring and following up on all accounts receivable covering the whole Jonelta System.
  • He/She will be tasked to perform the following: review and prepare documentation, issue demand letters, follow up on customers through SMS, email and phone call, negotiate repayment plans and recommend additional collection procedures.
  • Must have basic communication skills and knowledge of legal frameworks governing debt collections.

Ideal Profile

  • Graduate of any business / accounting / financial related course.
  • With at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience and able to start ASAP.
  • Must be residing near Binan City Laguna.
