We are looking for a Collections Assistant with experience in Asset Finance to join our small, close‑knit team at InterBay Asset Finance. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and taking ownership of the timely collection of asset finance arrears by maintaining a proactive collections strategy that supports InterBay Asset Finance's goals and contributes to our continued growth.

What you will be doing?:

As Collections Assistant you will play a key role in supporting customers while protecting the banks security, pro-actively managing the asset finance portfolio, taking prompt action when accounts go into arrears.
