Responsibilities

• Identification of qualified existing Sales Contract Receivables (SCR) accounts for booking to Consumer Banking Group or other Financing Homes Loans, including full endorsement of accounts after acceptance of CBG
• Endorses to CBG the required documents on new sales of conditional approval of CBG home loan
• Provides CBG the management approval on new sale for processing of final home loan approval and booking
• Does initial call out on qualified SCR clients for availment of
• Notifies client on payment transfer expenses for the transfer of Title and Tex Declaration to Buyer’s name
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
