Job Description

  • Manage and oversee collections processes for outstanding accounts.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their payment obligations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in collections or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Responsible and detail-oriented.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
