Job Description
- Manage and oversee collections processes for outstanding accounts.
- Communicate with customers regarding their payment obligations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in collections or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
