Title: Collections Manager
Location: Sterling, VA (hybrid flexibility)
Assignment Type: Permanent role
Compensation: $85,000-$90,000 + annual bonus
Work Schedule: M-F, 9-5

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of B2C collections specialists to meet and exceed recovery targets. Monitor daily collections activities and provide guidance on handling delinquent accounts. Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and bad debt. Analyze collection data and prepare performance reports for senior leadership. Collaborate with customer service, legal, and finance departments to resolve complex cases. Ensure all collection efforts comply with FDCPA, FCRA, and other applicable laws and regulations. <...
