We're building a digital-first collections agency that uses AI and automation to transform how debt recovery works. We need someone who can design and implement collection strategies from scratch someone who understands the full lifecycle of collections and can build processes that are both effective and compliant.

What you'll do

You'll own our collection operations end-to-end. That means designing contact strategies, building workflows, establishing compliance frameworks, and creating the operational infrastructure that lets us scale. You'll work closely with our technology team to ensure our AI-powered systems are executing strategies that actually work in the real world.

Day to day, you might be segmenting portfolios by risk and likelihood to pay, designing multi-channel contact sequences, writing call scripts and letter templates, setting up quality assurance processes, or working through a tricky compliance question with...
