Collections Performance, Strategy & Analytics Manager

About the Role

AMG Collection Services is looking for a Collections Performance, Strategy & Analytics Manager to drive collections and recovery performance across NPL portfolios within a collection agency environment .

This role acts as the bridge between collections strategy and day-to-day operations . You will analyze collections performance, interpret recovery data, and work directly with operations teams to turn insights into practical actions that improve recoveries.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role . It is not a reporting-only position and not a people-heavy management role. You are expected to own performance analysis, explain results clearly, and influence execution on the floor.

You are also expected to stay current with digital collections strategies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools , and help identify where these can be applied in practical, measurable ways.
