Your role and work environment

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Collections Process expert to join our Collections Expert Unit, Team of COO Products Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers’ partners in times of financial difficulties while protecting bank interest and our way of working is Agile.

Your key responsibilities

As a Collections Process expert you will lead and coordinate: strategic projects to enhance collections processes and tools, drive the implementation of digital and data‑driven solutions to optimize collections performance and modernize processes, and provide data‑driven insights to optimize recovery strategies and operational efficiency.
