Key Responsibilities

+ Provide empathetic, solution‑focused service in every interaction

+ Contact members by phone, written communication, and occasional in‑person meetings

+ Deescalate difficult conversations and resolve issues professionally

+ Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all member interactions

+ Partner with internal teams to create and implement compliant member solutions
