Designation : Collections Executive

Key Responsibilities :

Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls, emails, and visits (if required). Ensure timely collection of receivables as per agreed credit terms.
Maintain and update collection records, customer ledgers, and ageing reports. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection status reports. Escalate long-pending or high-risk accounts to management.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal credit and collection policies. Support audits by providing required collection-related documentation.
