The Collection Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely payment of EMIs by candidates. The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining payment records, resolving payment-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to minimize delays and defaults.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Track EMI schedules and ensure timely payment from candidates

- Make follow-up calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for upcoming and overdue EMIs

- Maintain accurate records of payments, follow-ups, and commitments

- Resolve basic payment-related queries and escalate critical cases when required

- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for payment reconciliation
