Collections Strategy Analyst

We are looking to hire two Collections Strategy Analysts to join the Operations team. These roles will be responsible for interpreting data and analyzing customer behavior—both internal and external—to support decision-making and improve the performance of our portfolios.

Main Responsibilities

• Designing strategies through the analysis and manipulation of large volumes of data and key business variables: portfolio performance, effectiveness of operational levers, customer behavior prediction, portfolio revaluation, profitability, productivity, legal management, etc.
• Using analytical models and data tools to measure the effectiveness of current strategies, identify improvements, define action plans, and provide recommendations to the relevant teams.
• Preparing reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
