**DESCRIPTION**
- SUPPORTS TEAM MANAGER AND PERFORMS MANAGEMENT DUTIES WHEN THE MANAGER IS ABSENT OR OUT OF OFFICE.
- COACH AND LEAD THE TEAM TO DELIVER OUTSTANDING CLIENT SERVICE AND EXCEED TARGETED GOALS
- ANSWERS TEAM MEMBER QUESTIONS, HELPS WITH TEAM MEMBER PROBLEMS, AND OVERSEES TEAM MEMBER WORK FOR QUALITY AND GUIDELINE COMPLIANCE.
- ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF OFFICE-LEVEL GROWTH PLANS
- MAKING OUTBOUND CALLS ON DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
- RECEIVING INBOUND CALLS
- MAKING SUITABLE ARRANGEMENTS WITH CUSTOMERS THAT ARE CURRENTLY PAST DUE - IDENTIFYING ACCOUNTS THAT REQUIRE MANAGEMENT REVIEW - PROVIDING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
- IDENTIFYING CUSTOMERS THAT REQUIRE FIELD VISITS AND FORWARDING THOSE TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL FOR REVIEW OR ACTION
**REQUIREMENTS**
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
- 5+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN COLLECTIONS OR RELATED FIELD
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
