**For the Position of Loss Mitigation Supervisor**
You will uphold the standards set by the department and deliver outstanding customer service in a professional environment.
- Evaluate documentation for loan redemption
- Reallocate payments for repossessed accounts
- Review recovery accounts and define action plans
- Lead and coach the team to meet goals
- Oversee team performance, quality, and compliance
- Support office-level growth initiatives
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls
- Handle escalated calls and management reviews
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain training, staffing, and departmental standards
- Ensure policy compliance and reporting accuracy
- Make sound and timely decisions
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability in attendance and performance
**Profile**:
- Five years’ experience in collections or a related field
- Two years' experience supervising team members
