**Collections Team Lead**

**Position Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of Accounts Receivable (AR) Associates / Specialists and onboard new talent.
- Develop the team through mentoring and coaching.
- Perform quality auditing and monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide the team with strategies to reduce Accounts Receivable (AR) aging.
**Minimum Requirements**
- **Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Collections or Call Center environment. Leadership experience a plus.
- Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
