**Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)**:
- Generate Follow up trackers for New Business Pursuit’s programs
- Follow RFQ's with Buyer's assistants to close estimates
- Complete and close estimates on the CS estimate system
- Generate a tracker for all open estimates
- Generate and archive all information regarding new program pursuits (Folders, BOMs, Quotes, Trackers, Red issues)
- Maintain updated all trackers and administrative folders
- Help Product Line Purchasing Leader on any request concerning estimates
- Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements
**Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)**:
- Working on Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering
- 70% English speaking/read,writing
- very responsible
- MS office skills (Excell, Power Point, Word)
