Command Center Operations Specialist (Tech MNC/ Shift/ East)

Overview

Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC. We are looking for a Command Center Operations Specialist . Work location: East . Work hours: First 3 months (training): Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Post‑training: Shift work (exact schedule to be confirmed). The role will start out as a contract. Candidates who are immediately available/able to start work within short notice will be preferred.

The Talent

• Qualification in Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related operational field
• Comfortable with dashboard interfaces, fleet management software (FMS), and CCTV monitoring systems.
• Strong attention to detail; able to spot subtle anomalies in video or data streams
• Ability to stay calm and methodical during high‑pressure incidents
• Strong focus on accuracy when logging incident details
