Role: Command Center Operator – Level 1 (NOC Operations)

Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring:
Continuous “eyes on glass” monitoring of dashboards, email alerts, hotline, and chat channels.
Alert Management:
Perform initial troubleshooting of alerts from monitoring tools, batch/file transfer tools, and scripts.
- Escalate unresolved or high-impact incidents to L2/L3 teams.
- Hotline Management:
- Handle and assist with calls received on the hotline.
