Role: Command Center Operator – Level 1 (NOC Operations)
Experience Range: 3 – 5 Years
Location: Vizag
Must-Have:
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring:
Continuous “eyes on glass” monitoring of dashboards, email alerts, hotline, and chat channels.
Alert Management:
Perform initial troubleshooting of alerts from monitoring tools, batch/file transfer tools, and scripts.
Escalate unresolved or high-impact incidents to L2/L3 teams.
Hotline Management:
Handle and assist with calls received on the hotline.
Incident Logging & Triaging:
Log, triage, and remediate incidents per SOP.
Open incident bridges for P1/P2/high-impact P3 incidents.
Major Event Management:
Coordinate during disaster recovery (DR), major releases, or new product rollouts...
