Role: Command Center Shift Lead
Experience Range: 6 – 10 Years
Location: Vizag
Must-Have:
Shift Oversight:
Supervise L1 operators during the shift; ensure compliance with monitoring and triage processes.
Incident Escalation:
Act as the first escalation point for unresolved/high-impact incidents; coordinate with L2/L3 teams.
Major Event Coordination:
Lead during DR drills, major releases, and high-impact events.
Shift Handover:
Validate shift logs and ensure accurate handover documentation.
Performance Monitoring:
Track shift KPIs and report anomalies or improvement areas.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide timely updates on outages and critical incidents.
