Role: Command Center Team Lead
Experience Range: 6 – 10 Years
Location: Vizag
Must-Have:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor L1 operators and Shift Leads; manage staffing and scheduling.
- Operational Governance:
- Define and enforce SOPs; ensure compliance across shifts.
- Incident & Major Event Leadership:
- Oversee critical incidents and major events; act as primary escalation point.
- Performance Reporting:
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify process gaps and implement automation or efficiency initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate with senior management on outages, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Tool & Technology Oversight:
- Ensure optimal use of monitoring and ITSM tools; drive tool enhancements.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing skill development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in IT operations, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and monitoring ecosystems.
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to manage large teams and drive operational improvements.
- Certifications:
- ITIL Intermediate or higher preferred.
