Role: Command Center Team Lead

Experience Range: 6 – 10 Years

Location: Vizag



Must-Have:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor L1 operators and Shift Leads; manage staffing and scheduling.
  • Operational Governance:
  • Define and enforce SOPs; ensure compliance across shifts.
  • Incident & Major Event Leadership:
  • Oversee critical incidents and major events; act as primary escalation point.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify process gaps and implement automation or efficiency initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate with senior management on outages, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Tool & Technology Oversight:
  • Ensure optimal use of monitoring and ITSM tools; drive tool enhancements.
  • Training & Development:
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing skill development.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in IT operations, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and monitoring ecosystems.
  • Leadership & Strategic Thinking:
  • Ability to manage large teams and drive operational improvements.
  • Certifications:
  • ITIL Intermediate or higher preferred.
