**Position Description & Qualifications**
SERCO is seeking a **Command & Control (C2) Operator / Watchstander** to support the Joint Staff J7 program in Suffolk, Virginia. This position supports a unique Joint Staff capability responsible for day-to-day operations and exercise-related, real-time monitoring, situational awareness, and operational support within a Command and Control (C2) environment.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer an U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.**
The C2 Operator / Watchstander plays a critical role in maintaining mission readiness by ensuring timely reporting, coordination, and execution of operational tasks. This is a watchstander position requiring shift work during exercises and mission-driven events in support of 24/7 operations.
