Commerce Engineering Lead

Position Overview

We’re currently building out a Commerce Development Director role to lead the next generation of enterprise-scale digital commerce. This is a senior leadership position reporting to the Head of Engineering, with responsibility for shaping commerce architecture, driving technical excellence, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams across a modern stack including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Next.js, React, composable/headless commerce, and CI/CD.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Representing Commerce Engineering at the leadership and executive level

Partnering closely with Product and Program leadership on enterprise-scale initiatives

Championing API-driven and composable commerce solutions

Leading and mentoring a global, multidisciplinary development organization

Defining and evolving scalable, secure, high-performance commerce architecture
