Job Description

Responsibilities -


  • Actively managing Customer acquisition portfolio.
  • Identifying and cultivating new clients to meet monthly sales objectives.
  • To maximize share of wallet, provide high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell possibilities within existing consumers.
  • Pre-sales and post-sales follow-up coordination
  • Weekly and monthly KPIs are being met and exceeded.
  • Analysis of Key Accounts
  • Market trends are being tracked, and frequent competitor input is being provided.
  • Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM etc)
  • Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
  • Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives & Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.
