This role involves collaborating closely with producers to obtain, maintain, and expand accounts while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and superior client experience across all servicing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of program business, focusing on maintaining strong relationships with multiple associations and program partners.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including routine inquiries, quotes, binders, statements of values, insurance contracts, endorsements, and cancellations.
