Overview
Role related to timetable management, coordination of meetings and divisional activities, budget and administration support for the BUD team, and coordination with Marketing and facilities. Includes documentation, data consolidation, event planning, translations support, and ensuring compliance and quality culture within procedures.
Responsibilities
- Timetable management and communication inside the division
- Coordinate meetings and data in electronic timetables (Outlook)
- Organization of the local divisional meeting and appointments (booking meeting rooms, catering and technical services, guest travel and lodging and logistic details in general)
- Speaking to providers on the phone, via e-mail or in person to enable commercial and marketing activities
