Key Activities & Accountabilities
Timetable management and communication inside the division
Coordinate meetings and data in electronic timetables (Outlook)
Organization of the local divisional meeting and appointments (booking meeting rooms, catering and technical services, guest travel and lodging and logistic details in general)
Speaking to providers on the phone, via e-mail or in person to enable commercial and marketing activities
Update mailing lists, onenote, divisional highlights
Coordinate the relationship among Marketing and Facility or advocate to him/her the shipment and preparation of promotional support materials ( usb, brochures, product catalogue)
Became the point of contact among the divisions and organization for specific matters related to BUD activities
Processing and management of invoices for all commercial activities and maintenance of the department budget spreadsheets
Coordinate organizational activities such as internal Conf call, W...
