Job Description Job Description Building Engineer Direct Hire; $85K - $105K plus bonus Alameda, CA 94502 Seeking a full-time Mechanic and/or Stationary Engineer for the Building Engineer position to assist in overseeing the building operations of a complex testing laboratory facility and an office building. The candidate will play an integral role in the management of the facility as an on-site representative of the Company with oversight from the Property Manager and Director of Engineering. Candidates are expected to have sufficient technical abilities in the operations and maintenance of installed building systems, including unique equipment specifically installed for laboratory testing environments. Additionally, candidates shall be capable to independently oversee / manage vendors providing services in the building, as well as develop working / professional relationships with the tenant.
