Commercial Construction Estimator

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Concrete Commercial Estimator specializing in curbs, gutters, sidewalks, flatwork, and small-to-mid-scale site concrete. The estimator will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive, and timely bids by reviewing plans, conducting quantity takeoffs, analyzing project requirements, and communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal project teams. Estimating & Takeoffs Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, ADA ramps, driveways, slabs, and other site concrete elements. Review architectural, civil, and structural plans, specifications, and addenda for scope requirements. Analyze soil conditions, elevations, and site logistics to determine production rates and costs. Prepare accurate change orders, cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and general conditions.
