Responsibilities:


  • Manage the contract lifecycle working closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Negotiate commercial terms driving successful business outcomes and mitigating legal risks.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date contract records and documentation.

  • Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution.

  • Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of contracts management experience

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions

  • Attention to detail and ability to work across functions

  • Solid analytical skills and strong business acumen
