Adecco’s client is seeking an analytical and commercially driven Commercial Contracts Manager to lead contract governance, commercial negotiations, risk mitigation, ordering, billing, and contract closure. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing critical contract clauses, SOW variations, and commercial execution, preferably within the telecommunications or IT industry, to support seamless project delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide negotiation advisory for pre-sales contracts, ensuring clauses support effective project delivery and implementation
• Partner closely with Project Management teams to provide contract expertise on SOW, payment terms, risk provisions, acceptance criteria, warranty, and other delivery‑critical clauses
