As a Commercial Contracts Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial Commodities Contracts team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Review, draft, and apply changes to various commodity agreements including crude oil, NGL, natural gas, and refined products.
+ Support negotiations and coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Credit, Tax, and Risk Compliance.
+ Perform administrative duties related to contract management and data tracking.
+ Analyze purchase and sale agreements, including general terms and conditions and master agreements.
