Job Description
Responsible for the presentation, administration, consulting and/ or negotiation of product and service contracts of varying scope and complexity with external customers, channel partners and suppliers.
Develops pre-sales bid and proposal strategies and contracts negotiation strategies.
Works closely with Sales and Marketing, Finance, Legal and other functions to structure proposals and contracts consistent with business objectives and in compliance with Agilent policy.
At the Expert and Master levels, recognized as a trusted advisor to the businesses on contracts matters; designs, develops and manages contracts programs and policies at the regional or global level; structures, drafts and negotiates increasingly complex and non-standard agreements.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
