Commercial Data Analytics Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Data Analytics Expert who will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed commercial strategy by analyzing customer behavior, evaluating campaign performance, and delivering insights that support growth, engagement, and revenue optimization. This role partners closely with CRM, Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure that analytical outputs directly enhance decision-making and strengthen overall business performance.


Job Description 

  • Formulate analytical strategies to assess campaign performance, focusing on driving growth, enhancing consumer engagement, and increasing revenue
  • Provide comprehensive commercial reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure precise customer segmentation and deliver commercial insights that address key business inquiries
  • Conduct thorough analysis and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficacy
  • Generate customized, insightful analyses that optimize customer and marketing campaigns
  • Integrate commercial reporting findings into consumer insights and relevant customer base analysis
  • Establish and uphold best-practice frameworks for efficient, consistent, and effective analysis and reporting
  • Develop standardized methodologies for measuring customer usage and key commercial KPIs across regions, brands, and products
  • Pioneer new analytical methodologies, experimenting with innovative techniques to improve performance
  • Manage reporting operations, including validation, discrepancy resolution, new feature implementation, and reconciliation of subscription revenue
  • Prepare performance reports, KPI summaries, MIS slides, revenue allocation, and VAT calculations for GR and CY markets

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis and commercial reporting to drive decision making, as well as campaign designing to grow revenue and increase customer loyalty are essential
  • Extensive experience working in CRM Analytics, or a data driven CRM delivery role
  • Advanced experience working with campaign management, combining several tools (data extraction, analysis, execution with or without automation)
  • Customer base segmentation & activity/usage patterns for profiling
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Designing / implementing customer journeys
  • Designing & manipulating and analysis of large and complex data sets, delivering actionable insights and making recommendations
  • Presenting insight and recommendations to stakeholders, and using it to drive strategy and decision making
  • Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines
  • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
