About the Role
Order Processing & Execution: Processing Sales orders logged by Sales team with Customer’s PO. Verification of all Commercial & Technical aspects and communicate with Sales team in case any queries in SO & PO.
Key Responsibilities
- Order execution & Invoice preparation: Preparation of accurate Sales Invoices, applying correct taxes (GST) and managing e-Invoice and e-waybills as per compliance and GST aspects. Communication with Stores dept. for packaging aspects.
- Data Accuracy: Verify billing information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Internal Communication & Coordination: Handling of Sales team inquiries, resolving after Sales discrepancies if any. Accounts departments for smooth order processing and billing.
