Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering:
- Co-own P&L with revenue and marketing teams;
drive growth, profitability, and ROI through strategic financial insights. - Revenue & Profitability Management:
- Lead discussions on pricing, discounts, and spend optimization to deliver profitability targets and efficient investment deployment.
- Cost & Efficiency Initiatives:
- Drive sustainable cost reduction, policy standardization, and process efficiency in line with industry best practices
- Planning & Forecasting:
- Lead AOP, forecasts, and scenario planning by integrating business inputs, market trends, and strategic priorities.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key financial KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and identify levers for improving margins and growth.
