Job Description
Define and execute commercial strategy to achieve revenue and collection targets.Build, lead and develop the sales team to deliver strong performance.Manage key accounts and expand customer base in the rental market.Analyse market trends, structure pricing, and optimise fleet planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical, Credit Control) for process improvement.Prepare reports on pipeline, market opportunities, and customer feedback for management.The Successful Applicant
10+ years' experience in equipment rental or related industries with proven leadership success.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Track record of building teams and driving revenue growth.Customer-focused with ability to anticipate market needs and develop solutions.
