  • Define and execute commercial strategy to achieve revenue and collection targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical, Credit Control) for process improvement.

  • 10+ years' experience in equipment rental or related industries with proven leadership success.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
