We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Commercial Lawyer for my client who are well known law firm in Perth. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop their knowledge and experience.

Duties

• You'll work closely with an experienced commercial team and take an active role in advising clients across a broad range of matters, including:

• Shareholder agreements and advisory work

• Business and corporate structuring

• Drafting and negotiating business agreements

• Partnership and joint venture agreements

• Exposure to insolvency and restructuring matters (desirable, not essential)
