About The Role
As the Strategic & Large Enterprise Lead, you will lead, develop, and scale the account management function in Mexico. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic market expansion, while ensuring strong alignment with Uber's broader commercial strategy.
This role combines people leadership, commercial strategy, and solution-based selling. You will lead a team of 4+ Account Managers, building long-term partnerships with key clients through cross-sell and upsell opportunities, while maximizing customer lifetime value. Success in this role requires the ability to engage senior stakeholders, develop market-specific strategies, and turn plans into action.
