As Commercial Lead you will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial team as well as building and maintaining relationships, analysing and reporting on extensive data whilst ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
You will be: Leading the commercial team to ensure delivery of key responsibilities and develop their knowledge through training, development, and support. Manage and support the commercial team - Liaise with RCD Developing commercial awareness of the site team and overseeing Client and Team interface Provide Strategic Advise if challenges arise Provide Strategic Advise if challenges arise Monitor and Manage the commercial health of the projects.
