Description

  • Manage a book of business by servicing all aspects of client accounts both new and existing

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Company underwriters

  • Manage inbound calls and provide consulting and advise clients on policy changes and process all additional paperwork

  • Coordinate and support plans discussing arising issues in conjunction to creating comprehensive plans for existing clients in collaboration with Producers

  • Review and ensure accuracy of policy documents prior to the delivering to the client

  • Prepare proposals and reviews for existing clients

  • Manage account documentation including routine inquires, quotes, binders, statement of values, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, etc.

  • Review client's current coverage and exposures, loss experienced and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements best suited
