Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Small Business, your key responsibilities will include:
Servicing the Commercial Lines Book of Business:
Processing endorsements, billing, and payments.Handling claims and creating new/renewal business submissions.
Ordering loss runs, experience modifiers, and assisting with supplemental applications.
Issuing certificates, evidence of insurance, auto ID cards, and binders.
Checking and mailing out policies, creating proposals, and tracking cancellations and audits.
Managing bonds and other related tasks.
Renewal Management:
Optimizing small business renewals by managing the renewal process and maintaining strong client relationships.Remarketing:
Identifying and executing remarketing opportunities for clients.Quoting Account Rounds:
Providing quotes for existing commercial lines business.Staying Updated:
Keeping up-to-date with carrier updates and underwriting information to ensure compliance and accuracy.Qualifications/Requirements
