Associate Attorney: Dallas, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Dallas. As a key member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex commercial litigation cases and contribute to our client's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research and drafting of various pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communications
  • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice

    • Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Texas state Bar and in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
