Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Atlanta. As a Commercial Litigation Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial disputes and representing clients in a court of law. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
  • Appear in court and argue on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate settlements when necessary

    • Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
