Commercial Loan Assistant

A local community bank is in search of a Commercial Loan Assistant. This is an on-site position. The position requires at least 2 years of banking experience. 

Loan Assistant Responsibilities:  

- Provide assistance to the loan officers in managing and processing commercial loan applications 

- Prepare loan documents and ensure all required documents are accurate and complete 

- Review financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess borrower's creditworthiness 

- Assist in conducting credit analysis and risk assessment for commercial loan applications 

- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing and timely communication with borrowers
