About The Group 
Our client currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team and support the delivery of their current and upcoming pipeline of work. This group are a market leader in the new build D&C sector for projects ranging from $10 mil - $60 mil and partner with high profile development, government and corporate groups across Australia. 

About the Role
As a Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of all commercial aspects at the company, including overseeing administration of the head contract and subcontracts, developing the procurement strategy and processes, as well as outlining cost controls, budgets and managing project cash flows. As this is a leadership role you will also lead and mentor the commercial and administration project teams through to handover.
