Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy on bids, ensuring proposals are innovative, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
- Oversee the legal and contractual aspects of tenders, balancing top-down winning price strategies with bottom-up cost analysis.
- Introduce fresh thinking to pricing models, supply chain utilisation, and project delivery methods to maximise value and margin.
- Work collaboratively across Operations, Procurement, Estimating, and Design teams to deliver robust, high-quality submissions.
- Ensure all commercial outputs and bids adhere to internal governance and quality assurance processes.
- Present proposals confidently to clients and senior stakeholders, clearly communicating commercial rationale and value propositions.
