KONE is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team and play a critical role in safeguarding our financial interests, managing contractual obligations, and supporting project success across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Protect KONE’s financial and commercial interests with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and negotiate contract terms, manage claims, and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Support dispute resolution and project close-out activities.
• Drive timely payments and mitigate bad debt risks.
• Support tendering teams in preparing accurate, competitive bids.
• Identify business opportunities through commercial insights.
• Support project teams with day-to-day commercial issues.
