Commercial Manager

Our client is a manufacturing business, based in Glasgow who supply the UK construction sector. They are a key division of a wider international group, and are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a strategic overhaul of their commercial operations. They are a business with a massive footprint and a strong pipeline for the 2026 financial year.

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, this is a newly created role designed for a bonnet-lifter-someone who can dissect our processes, identify where we are leaking value, and implement a more commercially astute framework for the future.

The Mission

You will be tasked with:
