Commercial Manager

We are working with a European energy platform to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to its Dublin-based team. This is a high-impact role covering all commercial strategy, with exposure across revenue optimisation, risk management, investment decision-making and asset performance. The role will suit a commercially minded professional who enjoys operating close to assets, markets and senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, asset-heavy environment. Key responsibilities: Drive commercial strategy across the All-Island portfolio, focusing on revenue optimisation and margin performance Oversee commercial risk, including hedging strategies and contract exposure Support evaluation of capital investment and business development opportunities Lead commercial input into contract structuring, negotiation and ongoing management Work closely with trading, finance, operations and senior management on key commercial decisions Requirements: Strong commercial and financial analysis background Experience in contract negotiation, investment evaluation and risk management Comfortable operating in complex, asset-intensive environments Energy, infrastructure or capital-intensive sector experience advantageous but not essential This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, commercially influential role within a well-capitalised platform offering real responsibility and long-term progression.
